This hyaluronic acid and collagen supplement with vitamins came in a handy box. Tablets are easy to swallow and there are 30 tablets so this is a month supply. Firstly, these tablets are on the large side. I have no issue swallowing them but some might. Each pill has 833mg of collagen 120mg of hyaluronic acid and the recommended dose is one per day, with a maximum of three daily. Since taking them, I haven't noticed any huge benefits in my skin condition, but that might be because I don't have bad skin to begin with. At £35 for 30 tablets, it's an expensive way of obtaining these supplements. They seem good quality, but personally and speaking only for myself, I'm going back to collagen powder mixed in to my morning coffee and a hyaluronic acid capsule.

This is the first time I've used collagen and hyaluronic acid as a supplement. I am impressed. I took a tablet every other day for a week before I noticed the effects. My skin looks brighter and wrinkles are fading. Even with makeup and moisturisers my skin dries out in the winter months. This supplement seems to protect my skin from the inside. My skin feels softer and smoother.
