A good quality product from good company
I ordered 2 panic bars because I was unsure of the quality. I am happy to report that I am very pleased with all aspects of this item. It is a good quality product which is easy to install. I am very pleased with this purchase and with the company behind the product. I recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable, well build panic bar. I plan on ordering 22 more today.

ADA approved pushbar
The price and delivery time were great. We installed 4 at our local VFW to meet fire codes. It was the most affordable solution for us. Installation was easy.

Very good, minor quibble on included mounting hardware
This exit bar is just fine for the low use emergency exit application in our church. A couple of comments: - The location of the hole in the door is different from probably most traditional knob-style locksets. If like me you are converting from a knob to this bar it could be a challenge to install and cover the old hole. - The kit I bought included an exterior lock cylinder and handle. This is an add-on and its installation instructions are not integrated with the rest of the panic bar installation instructions. - The mounting screws are all machine screws. The metal skinned wood core door I had required sheet metal screws. It'd be nice to have both in the kit to save the trip to the hardware store after you open the package. That said, the bar seems to be of good quality and functions well.

Decent quality, not commercial grade.
Decent quality for a lite duty emergency door exit device. Instructions have incorrect dimensions that do not match the product dimensions. I converted all the crazy measurements on the instructions to millimeters. The templates are not to scale and would not recommend using them. Unfortunately the cylinder cannot be rekeyed but at least it came with three keys.

good hardware. I just wish the seller would package these better. when purchasing a large quantity, instead of a gigantic box that when it arrives, has pieces and parts everywhere, tape them together and wrap in paper for shipping.

Didn't make it 6 months.
The exterior handle refuses to stay locked. No one answers the support phone number "temporarily unavailable" and the support website leads back to the Amazon store with no further contact info. Don't recommend...
