I ordered a 100/90 - 19 tube. the tube delivered came in box labelled 110/80 - 19. the tube itself is labelled both 100/90 - 19 and 110/80 - 19?

The 110/80 and 100/90 are width and aspect ratio. Inner tube will fit both a tire that is 110 or 100 wide and/or 80 or 90 percent of the the width tall.
