I bought this for my lithium powered golf cart. Too often this detail gets overlooked because the BMS can control the battery, but a component melting down or a pinched battery cable can create runaway current then fire. Spend a little more now, possibly save the whole thing later. The small footprint and cover are appreciated in tight quarters. Blue Sea makes decent products; I used their fuse box as well.

Really bulky item, bigger than what images, is bigger than my hand fully entended

The pictures show a fuse.It’s built well, but not real clear that the fuse isn’t included.

This is a great device, but I was very surprised at its huge size. I suspect it was made to handle a zillion amps, and I only need a max of 400amps DC.

This was disappointing, as the delivery boomeranged back to the distributor before arriving a week later than planned. Then despite the pictures all showing a fuse, this item in ONLY a fuse BLOCK. No fuse!

Used this on my solar battery bank after a cheaper generic brand was used and melted. No more cut rate electrical equipment for me.

Pictured with the fuse in it but when we got it there was no fuse just the blocks. So was delayed installing it for solor panels. Because there was no fuse.
