The product is 5 stars.I am really leaving A Five Star review for Active Recovery Essentials, the 3rd party Amazon Provider. I was surprised by a couple details because I didn’t read enough of the description or return policy, were under no obligation to help me and they did anyway.

At first I wanted to return it because it wasn’t helping me recover - I had gotten it for social anxiety. And it didn’t work for that. Then I tried it for orgasm headache and it was great for that!!

I've been using Boost Oxygen Medium Natural for a few months now, and it's been a reliable pick-me-up during workouts, hiking, and even when I'm just feeling a little sluggish. The canister is lightweight and easy to carry, which makes it perfect for taking on the go. The oxygen itself feels clean and gives me a noticeable boost in alertness and energ, especially at high altitudes or after intense activity.The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is that the can doesn't last very long if you're using it frequently. Still, it's a great product to have in your gym bag or travel kit for those moments when you need a quick breath of fresh air.Definitely recommend for athletes, travelers, or anyone needing a quick oxygen refresh.

This worked. We even tested it with an O2 saturation reader and a quick hit brought oxygen to normal. Thank you for a great product.

What a fantastic invention - these cans are truly lifesavers! The added scents are a nice touch, especially the peppermint. Because O2 is so light, the cans feel empty even when they contain product, which can be misleading!

I was hoping for something special, which it wasn't. Some boost of energy, or some new clarity of mind, nope it wasn't.Good old fashion yoga breathing, will do as much or more than Boost. Sorry to say.

It works for an early morning "pick-me-up." However, this product could be improved by including a counter or some indicator of the amount of Oxygen remaining.

The cans of O2 are a good/convenient size and configuration. I have a lack of oxygen (red blood cells)...so this should help a bit when I want to exercise/pickleball. How in the world do you really know the contents are pure oxygen???
