Have to concur with a prior reviewer...this caviar is buttery, briny, nutty, and oh so delicious. Small, fresh eggs, mmmm! Taste good on blintzes or 34° Crisps. As good as I've had for the money...which at almost $1K a pound is certainly not an everyday item. But I would purchase again. Further, it was ordered on Sunday and received mid-day Tuesday, for our 30th anniversary. Highly recommend Olma!

I keep trying the caviars available online and OLMA Kaluga Royal Black Caviar is the best one I could find! My expectations were reasonably high based on the handful of Amazon reviews that I read, and all my expectations were exceeded by this product from OLMA. It was packaged very well and stayed very cold the whole time, and arrived in perfect condition. The caviar was very firm, not mushy at all and had a good flavor. Great taste and texture without fishy aftertaste, and not too salty. At such a great value! Especially now, with New Year's Eve coming, from time to time I like to add different items to my family's New Year's table. Great deal compared to others on Amazon. What more could you ask for? I'll be ordering OLMA Kaluga Royal Black Caviar again.

Very, very mild flavor. Had expected more for the price. Eggs were a bit too soft and lacked any real depth. Won't buy this caviar again.

Went pretty well in some hard boiled eggs, replacing the yolk... Brought back fond childhood memories!
