Very good value. Has a quality look and feel to the toilet and the flush is good. Toilet seat is functional and more sturdy than I expected. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase and can give it a strong recommendation

The item was well protected from transit damage and good value as the overall quality was excellent. Fitting kits and instructions included made the installation straight forward.

It is still a huge improvement on what it replaced but the seat and fixtures could be of a better quality to make it 5 stars. After all, it's not the cheapest option available. But, yes, I think it looks good in place. The plumber had a couple of slowdowns during fitting, but my technical knowledge is insufficient to know what these were. Anyway, they were overcome! It arrived ahead of time, which is both good and bad. Good because I knew it was there in time for the plumber but bad because only a text on the day highlighted its arrival, which meant my daily schedule was disrupted.

This has now been in use for a while and seems to be doing the job. Compact and low it almost seems to small, but it does the job and the flushing sound reminds me a little of an aircraft toilet.

Nice design and great price for a Modern Close Coupled WC. Plumbworld sent the wrong toilet seat , a quick call and the next day the correct seat was delivered and the old one collected. Really good after sales service.. the WC looks really nice . It is quite small so if like us you are short of space then this is perfect. It even came with the floor mounting kit. I used a little silicone sealant when fitting the cistern components and on the seal between the cistern and WC. The float valve and flush was already preset so no adjustments needed. The instruction that came with the flush and float valve were pretty poor (Chinese translations I think) but still very easy to fit.. Highly Recommended .
