It came with a completely empty battery. I was worried it might be defective so i started googling and reading the manual. Turns out I had to leave it around 4-5 hours to use it. Other than that the product is great. Its value for money is good and it arrived in a brand new condition. It looks pretty solid and the protective rubber does the job when mixed with other stuff in your bag.

Works well. I like that the buttons are a bit larger and easier to see. I also like the self contained metal case it comes in. I'm not sure if that makes it EMP proof, but I think it helps.I purcahsed a second one, and am thinking of getting a third. Because once you know how to program it... why waster time learning another one? LOL

This device is wonderful. It works perfectly. If you create a complex password for this device remember that you should store the passwords in a very safe place so that if you forget the password you can refer to the saved passwords if you forget what they are. If you forget the two passwords that you must create when setting up this device there is no way that you can ever recover the encrypted data.

Simple set up pamphlet That comes with it, and there's resources online with video instructions if needed. Sold security built in and won't recognize on your system until the pin is entered. 10/10 would recommend to certain individuals

The setup was a little confusing as I don't follow instructions well. So I am not gonna fault the device or instructions. Was able to reset and try till I got it. What was confusing is my previous devices only had one PIN, this one has an Admin PIN and User PIN. I am only using the Admin PIN. Once I got the hang of it, it was simple to use. I have 2 of these as I feel backup is always critical. I have my really important info stored on it and always carry one with me when I leave the house. Recently I went on a trip and put both in my Safety Deposit box in case something happened. One tip, grow your thumbnail to press the buttons. They are close together and I find that a good sized thumbnail works well to select the right buttons.
