No complaints
I've been using this at my shop for about a year now, and I'm very happy with it. It will test batteries, starters and alternators with ease. It doesn't have any extra features like some of the more expensive tools, but for an inexpensive tester I think this is the best choice. Many other brands cost more, and don't even have a full digital display.

Quality product, works well
Far better at identifying battery issues than other testers I've tried. Directions are pretty good, interface a bit confusing at first but actually quite simple after you've tested a couple of batteries with it. Only downside is when attempting to test deep cycle batteries that don't have a CCA rating that you can input into the device, wish it had ability to input AH (amp hour) rating common to those battery types. Perhaps it does have the capability to test deep cycles but the instructions don't help in that regard. A work around is possible but it takes a bit of guesswork.

Excellent tester and easy to use. Consistent readings and feel like it's accurate. It uses a 9volt battery.
