I just had lipo and bought this garmet as a compression garment and in love it. It compresses better than the garmet my doctor gave me. At first as I was trying it on I thought it was going to be too small. But keep in mind it's meant to be tight so you can look smaller. Once I was able to hook thr clips and zip it up the garment was fine and comfortable to wear the whole day. I have a large now and went ahead and bought a medium for myself for when I get smaller and for my mom because she saw it on me and wanted one as well. The material is strong and will keep you sucked in better than a spank.

Based on a previous purchase, I realized this one was going to be too big. They exchanged with no problems at all! Excellent customer service. This shaper is amaze balls!! I love it! Makes me feel comfortable and tucked all in! As a side note: I sweat, a lot... and I was concerned that wearing this shaper in heat would make me super uncomfortable. Not so at all! I don't sweat any more than I normally would, very breathable fabric. Quality item. I'm 5'3" and 180. I ordered a large, which fits, but ordered a medium in my second purchase because I want it to be more snug. I love this item and will most definitely purchase more!!!

Quality of the material is very good and fit as expected in the tummy- just had a tummy tuck and I ordered my size (12), a large, prior to surgery but the leg openings were so very uncomfortable- very tight! This company was great to deal with so far- immediate responses to emails and open to return/ refund.

I read reviews and ordered a large--I wear size 6/8 pants. It was super stiff when I first tried it but after wash and wear a couple times it is great. It has held up very well after 20+ times in the laundry and this will be the one I order again as I begin to need a smaller size. I did not dry it but you probably could with no trouble.

This garment fit better than any of the other one's I purchased. I did have to cut the leg area to make it bigger because while it fit my upper body, the leg fit was way too small. The garment also has only one row of fish hooks under the zipper which is not ideal for one who has just had lipo sunction because the purpose of the garment is to reduce swelling so as that goes down, the garment size would need to be adjusted hence more rows of fish hooks. Overall a good buy though.

I had an abdominal reconstruction and wanted something other than the wrap around binder the surgeon provided. I researched this one and read many reviews. This was a struggle getting on at 1st but I figured it out. The lace on the thighs rolls up but I'm still fat there so I expect that will lessen as I lose more. I'm very happy with this product and bought two.

If you want to look good, get it. If you need evenly disbursed compression after a tummy tuck or lipo, spend the extra $50 and buy a Marena. I’m a size medium and I bought a large and this was so tight that I could barely breath. It did not apply even pressure but seemed to localize directly over the incision site and made pain unbearable within minutes of putting it on. I only tried to use it a couple times when I needed to wash my marena garment, and I lasted with it on 5 minutes max. It felt like it was going to split my incision and it pinched my drain sites horribly. I’m not a baby, I was up and going with ibuprofen as needed within a few days after full abdominoplasty and lipo on my flanks so I’m obviously willing to endure pain if needed. I’ve also worn spanks almost every day for the last 15 years so I’m used to tight garments. But this garment was counter productive. It caused extrem pain over the incision site and extreme localized pressure. The constant wedgie was just icing on the cake. It’s worth the extra money to get a garment made specifically recovering from surgery.

I ordered the size according to the sizing chart and am disappointed with the fit. It feels too big, it doesn't feel like its holding me in in the places I need it to hold me in and the leg portion continues to roll..very irritating.
