Delicious, nutritious, addictive!
I’ve loved these beans since I was a child and we made them in our traditional Italian home. I am thrilled to find these available now in such a fresh and tasty form. They do take quite some time to prepare at home so these are super convenient. The only negative is they are costly but I can’t seem to stop eating them anyway

Tasty and healthy
I love this snack. It’s so healthy and convenient. I can’t say they are the most delicious thing ever, but I really like knowing they are tasty enough and good for me. I’m never without these. What might surprise a new user is that this is a wet snack, but it’s isn’t drippy. It’s a good “finger snack.”

Not for me
Maybe this is a great snack for you but it was not for me. I wish these were in a tub instead as it would make it easier to get the beans out with a fork since each pouch holds so many servings. I love pickled foods but there was hardly any pickle taste--or taste at all. Maybe one of the other flavors are better but I ended up throwing all of these way because I didn't like the taste. Also, because of the way the beans are packaged it seemed really messy and inconvenient to shell them. I feel terrible because I think this is a great idea but it isn't worth the price to me. My recommendation is to try it if you want these on a salad or mixed in with other vegetables. Alone--I'd say try something else.

Very Good
These are soft (not crunchy, not fried) but firm, not mushy. They got the texture just right. And the hint of vinegar is excellent. I like the nutritional values. I actually bought these as a storable food item, but probably won't store them, because they taste so good. You can eat them as a snack, or put them in salads. Very quality Italian product. The team included a photo of the sellers. Look like very nice people.

Great but...
These beans are great but I somehow seriously doubt that a whole bag only has 15 carbs. If that's true, then these are probably the most healthy vegan snack available period. But again, we're talking beans here, even if they are fermented... 15 carbs seems quite low. I'm also personally not a fan of the lactic acid in the packaging, so I rinse them off and put a bit of cayenne pepper on them before eating... but some people may not mind this aspect. In conclusion... if a whole bad only has 15 carbs, this is likely the most healthy vegan snack on Earth... if not... well, someone has some explaining to do.

Perfect Low Carb/Calorie Snack!
These little beans are great! The convenience, taste, nutritional value, and they satisfy your hunger - I've never had them before, and had to post a picture on my FB page asking my Italian friends and family why I did not know of these?! I have since ordered more. :) This time we're trying the garlic and rosemary in the snack size. Thank you "Bean Team" LOL!
