Can be worn with a fold or not, depending on preference. It's a bit on the warm side to wear on a warm day, but it's well made and comfy.

Had bought a different Bernie first which was just too tight and not stretchy. This hat/beenie is perfect. Very light and comfortable but feels like it would be warm enough in winter. (important when you're bald lol). Great style and material. Will order a different colour now

Cool hat. And by that I mean you can easily wear it inside. It shapes out great as a slouch hat. I live in Winnipeg (it gets cold) made a cuff on it to cover my ears twice and shoveled the snow. Warm toque! Very happy with the fit and style.

I very rarely write reviews, but this is exactly what I was looking for. I've just had minor surgery on my scalp, and needed a hat that I could wear outside in the New England winter, but also indoors to cover up the rather large wound. I thought maybe a hipster cap would fit the bill? I've never worn one before, but I gave it a try. It's actually very comfortable, and looks good, too. Especially for the price, the fabric feels high quality. It's versatile, in that if you wear it as a single layer, it's not overly warm, so you can wear it inside and not feel sweaty. But if you cuff the bottom, you it becomes warm enough around the ears to function as a regular winter hat! I'm impressed.

A nice beanie - bought it for my son for Christmas and he seems happy with it. It's not as "slouchy" as the photo looks but the fit is great. As well, it's nice and warm - the quality is good; not thin and "cheap" at all. Not too "hipstery" for my son. I'm pleased with my purchase. Update: My son washed it and said he likes it better after it shrank a little. So keep in mind there may be a little shrinkage if you wash it in hot water and put it in a hot dryer, as he did. If you don't want any shrinkage, wash in cool and "air dry." He said for him it fit better after a washing and drying. He also said it feels like good quality materials and construction. It did wash very well - no pulling or pilling so far. He's happy so I am!

Good quality material. Nice stretch, while maintaining it's 'slouch', where you want it. The material let's your head 'breathe', so it doesn't get sweaty and it's not itchy. I wanted to be able to wear this outdoors in the Canadian winter and also indoors for restaurants, etc. and this did the job. Warm for outdoors, but light enough for indoor wear. I also like the brand patch, which makes it a bit stylish. Good product and I purchased several colours.
