These have been a great “go to” for my son. They are so easy! They do not need to be refrigerated. Perfect for in the car snacking(the top screws right back on.) good source of protein and a range of flavors.

This thing is essential in my kid's diet. It is always convenient, packed with protein, and incredibly good for digestion. Before, when I had to study at night and couldn't wake up in the morning, I would leave a couple of packets of this, a covered cup of Cheerios, a juice drink, and a muffin for the first breakfast of my kid, and it would hold him great till I wake up and make a second breakfast. Then I used to take these ones to the pool, soccer field, etc. for my kids as a snack. Essential.

The size isn’t the same as a small yogurt you would buy at the grocery store, but, it really is a perfect size if you’re just having it as a treat or a snack or throw into a smoothie. The flavors are good, you don’t have to refrigerate them, which is fabulous, and they store well

My 2.5 year old loves these. We work on the road and she comes with a lot of days. Having good go to snacks that travel well is hard but I know she is getting nutrients from these and it breaks up the goldfish cycle.

You can't beat the convenience of a yogurt that doesn't need to be refrigerated. Keep in mind, however, that means there are no active cultures in this product. So if you're looking for the probiotic benefits, look elsewhere. The flavor is good enough, and there is less sugar (and a bigger portion) than most Go-Gurt. But I really only started buying these because Chobani stopped making their Kid's greek yogurt pouches - which are the gold standard, in my opinion.
