Cost of the product is too high....but product is good..

Product design failure
The media could not be loaded. The outer vessel radius is too tight, making it difficult to remove the inner vessel easily, especially when hot. Even when both handles are held to lift the inner vessel, it is still tight. Unable to use it without another person's help. Look at the scratches it has left inside the outer vessel because it is too tight. Waste of money. Unable to return it either, as I took it to another place after delivery. DON'T BUY!
