Don't know hot it's imitation badger, but an awesome product nevertheless.
This is a great synthetic shaving brush. Handle is ergonomic and it's a perfect pair for my Pearl company plastic shaving bowl. Shaving cream usage becomes more economical with this over say boar bristle shaving brush. I would've preferred a little more back bone though. But it's still a great product, especially if you have sensitive skin. Builds up lather far quicker than my boar bristle brushes too. Definitely recommended.

Significant drop in quality over the years
There is a significant drop in the product quality since the product was launched few years ago. The bristles are barely 60% of what I got the first time I bought it. Disappointing.

Soft bristles, good finishing
Good looking brush with very soft bristles. The shape of the bristles is good and helps generates foam quickly and evenly. If it maintains its shape and lasts a long time then it will be excellent value for money
