McFarlane Toys The Walking Dead TV 10" Rick Grimes Deluxe Figure

BUY THIS! If you are a Andrew Lincoln/Rick Grimes fan make sure you have this in your house somewhere! The quality is amazing for the $35 price! It comes with a knife you can fit in his left hand or holster perfectly (for some reason). He comes also with a straightened out arm, the Colt Python we all love and the sniper rifle you see for the first 3 seasons then it disappears lol. Out of the box he's holding the sniper with his arm bent looking out at whatever peasant dares screwing with him! Pros -High quality sculpt for $35 -10" is great size to show off -GREAT details on everything -Very accurate to the character Cons -Colt Python is a pain to put in his hand -The face really doesn't look like Andrew Lincoln The face could have been done a lot better. The Daryl Dixon version looks just like Norman Reedus which is a shame they couldn't get it to look better but oh well it is still amazing so BUY IT!

This Rick Grimes Figure is absolutely spot on. It is as detailed and realistic as the Daryl Dixon 10" figure. I would highly recommend to any fan. It's great with both setups. The rifle over the shoulder features everything, the knife in the left hand, the rifle over the shoulder, and the Cold Python in the holster. However, I like to use the second arm to have his signiture stance with his Colt Python and I put the Gerber Prodigy knife in his left hand. I have that knife so it makes it extra cool for me. The regular series action figure of Glenn also has the Gerber Prodigy knife, I absolutely love that.

The Rick figure is really awesome if you're a fan of the show and like collecting neat stuff like I do. It looks pretty much like the actor and the detail otherwise on the body and clothes is really well done. It comes with a separate hand if you want to put the revolver in Rick's hand and give him his gun pointing "cool pose" known the show. The extra hand can be easily attached to the figure once the default arm has been taken off (it comes off pretty easily as well). The figure also comes with the the sniper rifle and a knife to add to the detail.

My 13 year old son owns a lot of action figures. He just started watching the Walking Dead, so I decided to get him this for Christmas. This is by far the nicest action figure that I have ever got him. The detail is very impressive. It almost seems like a shame to let him play with it. I was so impressed I decided to get the 10-inch Daryl for my 25 year old son to keep on his shelf. These are defiantly worthy of display.

Great figure, lots of details for the price and feels heavy enough. This is more of a statue than a figure, you can spin his waist and arms and thats it. I personally like the revolver pose better because its just classic Rick. My one complain is that Rick doesnt stand well on his own. I think they made a very good job with the face, it looks like Andrew Lincoln for sure. The beard is ok but could be better. Overall, its a great statue for the price. EDIT: You can move his feet until he can stand sturdy. I raise my rating to 5 stars!

Very happy with the detail. The feet do move up and down, so no issues with Rick standing. (They just stick a bit when adjusting.) The python arm would barely go in. Extremely tight. Used coarse grit sandpaper around the base of the arm joint until it went into the upper body without excessive force. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

I'm a die hard Walking Dead fan. When I heard Andrew Lincoln was leaving the show I didn't waste time and ordered this. Very well made, great size, well packaged. Looks very much like Rick Grimes. Now if the company could make the figure talk!

I'm a fan of NECA's large scale figures. Such impressive details, in a large scale, for a budget price. They are always worthy of display next to my statues that cost four times as much. I thought NECA was the only one that really nailed this market, I was wrong. The detail on this sweaty Rick are amazing, down to the littlest thing. A lot of it has to do with a simple color wash, yet other companies don't bother and fail because of it. Get this figure while you can. Get the Vigilante version while you can! Get all of The Walking Dead 10" Deluxe figures while you can (don't forget Glenn, coming this Winter). You'll love them and display them and convert your friends. It's a cult, people. Praise be unto your new plastic gods!
