They give you support
I've always had weak ankles, ever since I trapped both of them in the front door of my house. I also do karate, and the kicks need strong ankles, which I do not have. So I brought these supports, I knew someone who used supports similar to this that seems to work, so it was worth a try. And it was amazing, for the first time I left a lesson without painful ankles. I recommend them.
