Avaya J179 SIP IP Desk Phone POE (Power Supply Not Included)

We ordered these phones to replace a few of our much older 1608 phones. All the phones arrived in perfect condition, as advertised. Every unit worked out the box. All needed firmware updates which is a bit of a long-winded process, but after the updates were applied, the phones were fine and ready to use. 7 months later and all the phones are still working perfectly and there have been no complaints by users. If you need Avaya phones for an Avaya system, you can't go wrong with these phones.
