Wow! I was not expecting immediate results (as in 30 min after drinking) of increased mental clarity, energy, AND reduced anxiety, palpitations and body pain. I've taken this 3 days now, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, & the effect lasted most of the day. The relief I feel has made it possible for me to do more housework, write this review, & exercise a little. I take loads of high quality supplements (including bioactive form multivitamins & minerals) as I heal from adrenal, thyroid, digestive, neurological, liver, kidney, cardiovascular issues (yes, basically everything _was_ falling apart.) I study each substance & it's interaction with other nutrients for months before buying & taking anything. I did not think I was low on electrolytes! I bought it thinking of it prophylactically, because Dr. lynch recommends it to prevent methylation side effects. So, I'm still surprised at the effects. It also tastes great! I am a little concerned, however, that I started having a runny itchy nose, itchy skin & eyes at the same time, symptoms I almost never have. But, I'm not ready to attribute this histamine like activity to taking the electrolytes. I've ordered many supplements from Seeking Health & been impressed with them all. The education provided by the company & Dr. Lynch's blog combines genius medical research with genuine caring for others. Since finding this company, I feel more empowered & supported on my path to health. UPDATE Feb 2015: I took this daily for a few months with great results. No side effects after the first couple days. Now, I only feel the need to take it a couple times a week. its an excellent product and I have my mom and husband on it too. If it my budget allowed, ide still take it daily. It was definitely a key step in my continued recovery. highly recommended.

I really wanted to like this product because I'm a fan of seeking health. I kept this in a cool dry pantry with two of their moisture packets to help draw out moisture yet it started clumping and getting hard within 3 months after purchase. I would regularly open the jar and stir it around with a fork then one day when I opened it to use it, it was hard as a rock (as pictured) rendering it useless. I don't appreciate having to throw out half a container that I paid good money for because they choose to sell poor quality product. This is a common issue with this product and yet they don't do anything to improve it or to extend its shelf life. If you're going to use it within 30 to 60 days then it might work for you but otherwise you're wasting your money. I'll stick with Advocare Sparks from now on.

What’s nice about this product is that it hardly has any taste. If your a person that hates fruity electrolytes than your going to love this. Try it!

I have the POTS, EDS, MCAs trifecta & their comorbidities, and my Naturopath set me onto this and one other, and I buy this once a month. Wish it were cheaper (hint, hint,) but it tastes better than what I was doing (crushing my own salts to drink.) It’s fun to watch it dissolve into the watch like magic, and helps to keep me hydrated which means it’s effective.

This product seems to work great. I could actually feel a difference the first time I took it. I do feel some better! Great value also. I seem to have more energy. I will absolutely buy this again.

I’m writing this review in 2024, and the formula for this product was recent updated. Without a doubt, the new formula is vastly, vastly superior to the old formula. The product used to be clumpy, like baking flour, and it tasted sickly sweet. The new formula has a “sandy” consistency more like traditional electrolytes, and the flavor is much, much better. Because of the potassium bicarbonate, the product fizzes a little when you add it to a glass of water. I have the lemonade flavor, and it tastes very refreshing. It’s not overly sweet. I guess the best thing to compare it to would be a flavored fizzy water. It’s a similar, invigorating flavor. The product comes with its own scoop, which makes dosage easy. I do notice a sense of well-being when I take it. I feel like I’m more hydrated and more energized. I don’t get bloated or gassy like I do with other brands. My only complaint is that this product can make me feel slightly nervous. I’m not sure if it’s attributable to the niacin or the taurine in the ingredients. Even though I always take it first thing in the morning, I’ll sometimes have a nervous energy when I go to sleep. I’m usually able to fall asleep, though, so the product doesn’t seem to cause insomnia. In fact, I’ve noticed that I’ll snooze on the couch after dinner, then wake up with the nervous energy. I’ll usually fall asleep 20 minutes or so after going to bed. Other reviewers have reported similar reactions. Everyone is different, though, so others might not experience this reaction at all. Overall, if you’re considering electrolytes, I do believe this is one of the better brands. I’ve tried several, and this one does stand out as one of the better ones.

I'm a huge fan of Seeking Health products and have been buying them for years. This is my first disappointment. It appears that it wasn't sealed properly, as the silver part was stuck in the white lid when I opened it. The container did have a clear plastic ring around it that had to be removed, but as you can see, the product wasn't fully sealed and went bad. The electrolyte powder is molded together and hard as a rock. Amazon says it can't be returned. I've emailed Seeking Health about it and didn't get a response. Not only am I super disappointed to just lose the money with no recourse, I also really needed the product for my health. I invest in this brand because it's such good quality. Incredibly disappointing when there's an issue and no own will help to resolve it. These are expensive supplements!
