Baxton Studio Leonice Grey Fabric Upholstered Button-Tufted Swivel Barstool (Set of 2), 29", Gray

Bought 4 of these chairs and 3 broke the first week. Not happy. Has been almost a month now. First asked the seller to send replacement parts and more chairs broke while I got several emails asking how we were using the chairs and then several just saying they were working on it. What is there to work on??? Fix it! Finally got tired of waiting since I have no barstools, since these are a safety’s hazard. I asked the seller for a refund and he completely disregarded my refund request and finally sent out replacement parts. I just want a refund, all I want. They then asked to refund me a $100 and I keep the barstools as is. No thank you.

Love these chairs, they are beautiful but on one chair, the first time my husband sat on it and put his feet on the foot rest (solid wood by the way) it shattered from the bolts, sheered right off the bolts in fact with very little pressure applied. So far the manufacturer has been good, saying they are sending us a new chair to replace it and there's a 30 day warranty but a little concerned it could happen on the other chairs too. I purchased 6 of these and like I said they are beautiful, look stunning in my new remodeled kitchen with grey, white and silver colors, so keeping them and I think this was just a fluke, but if it happens to you then perhaps there's some kind of defect in the design for the foot rest?

Chair are very lo cheap quality, they started falling a parts, the worst part the seller doesn’t take responsibility even prior the 30 days return time, he is getting the chairs from a manufacture, I told that was a prime seller since he had the prime logo, big mistake ever, now fighting to get my money back, worst chairs ever.

A little tough to put together. Best w 2 people.
