Apple iMac Pro (27-inch Retina 5K display, 3.2GHz 8-core Intel Xeon W, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD) - Space Gray

At first I was very nervous to buy a refurbished iMac Pro at Amazon. But the Apple store prices are ridicules. It's my first time buying something used at Amazon. I figured to buy the basic model and then when the prices go down in a year or so, Update the ram if needed. The computer shipped super fast and arrived with the original apple box. I was very surprised. I expected a plain box. It also came with a black magic keyboard and mouse. Installation was easy and I was able to transfer all of my files from my old Mac computer. I contacted the seller because the keyboard was not working properly. They immediately sent me a replacement keyboard. The computer so far is working perfect with no problems. I am super happy. Highly recommend, A+++.

Works great

Overall, this is a solid deal for an iMac Pro. It came loaded with Big Sur 11.1, which I have now upgraded to 11.5.1, the most recent version at the time of this review. Condition: The condition is decent. There are some pretty noticeable scores on the base, but luckily they are on the back and no one ever sees them anyway. The biggest issue is a very noticeable chip on the chin of the iMac up front. Because of the space gray color, the chip reveals the bright silver underneath and is very noticeable, despite the relatively small size. It in no way impacts performance, so it is what it is. The screen is unscathed, which is the most important thing. Performance: The iMac Pro seems to perform close to a new machine. It is lightning quick, handles large Logic Pro files and HD photo editing without any issue at all. I have done a few Big Sur updates and haven't noticed any issues. Accessories: The iMac Pro was shipped with a silver magic keyboard, a white power cable, and a space gray magic mouse. I purchased a space gray trackpad, a black power cable, and a space gray keyboard for aesthetics. The iMac did not ship in its original packaging, so I do not have an iMac Pro box. Bonus: It does include AppleCare+ through June 2022, which is a nice surprise. Overall, I am pretty happy with my purchase. I was not expecting it to be flawless, but for that money, the original box and color-matching accessories would have been nice, especially considering the space gray accessories are becoming more difficult to find.

My iMac Pro seemed all good, no issues. Now just after the return window closed, it goes completely dead. It won’t power on or give any indication of trying to power on, and the Apple Store doesn’t have a solution. I’m incredibly frustrated, I have no options and now have a computer that doesn’t work at all after very light use for less than 6 months.

I had heard of the iMac Pro, but never saw one in person, but wanted one. so when I got the email from Amazon, I decided to get this iMac Pro. I knew what I was getting and after reading the reviews, I decided to go to Best Buy and got myself an Apple wireless keyboard and black magic mouse. I got it the next day in a great big box and it was packed very well indeed. The keyboard and mouse were generic as stated in the description and I set them aside. The iMac Pro had a faint, tiny hair line scratch on the bezel but it is not noticeable unless under close examination. I used the Time Machine to transfer my data over to the iMac Pro. After an hour getting the iMac Pro the way I wanted it, dumping out of date applications, doing OS updates and such, I started gaming and exploring the new power I had in this Pro iMac. I am very pleased with my new iMac Pro and I am thankful for the chance to have this professional grade iMac. As of this writing, my iMac Pro runs macOS 14 beta. I would recommend this seller to anyone.

It’s a beautiful color “space grey” and it works just like my iPhone, plug and play. Everything about it is great! I’m so happy with my purchase.

I was a bit nervous when ordering this renewed item, but am thus far satisfied with the transaction and with the look and performance of this iMac Pro. I was in the market for a new Mac Studio, but decided to wait until those include the M2 chip. In the meantime, I needed something sufficiently beefy for some video editing. As some other reviewers have stated, this unit came with a small-footprint, silver-colored, Macally keyboard - one without a numeric keypad. I expected as much and was not disappointed, and although it has nice keystroke feel, I will be upgrading it with a full-sized keyboard in the near future. At this point, I am very satisfied with this item and with this purchase.

I bought this as a back up for my business to my main shop IMac Pro (purchased new in 2018). Overall great product no damage to exterior and glass/screen. Works just like my full price brand new one. Came with a solid Bluetooth keyboard very similar to the magic keyboard. Came with a white power cord not the black and is aftermarket so doesn’t fit/mount flush like the apple cord does. The mouse it came with did not work at all and couldn’t find any work around to get it connected and working so be ready to pick one up possibly. Gave a 4 star for a few reasons -it came with High Sierra installed which means you have to jump through some hoops to get to new Monterey OS ( just have to download from App Store won’t download through auto update and takes longer) -wireless mouse was absolutely garbage and useless. Couldn’t get it to power on let alone get it to connect. -this is minor and only annoying but that stupid paper sticker on the face with terrible adhesive that is a pain to remove lol just a huge eye sore and took some elbow grease to remove.
