I LOVE this thing
I have the extra firm Rumble Roller that’s ALL knobs, and that one is a MUTHA! I needed something that would give me the fascia release I needed without causing extra tension because it’s just too much, and this one fit the bill. It’s also thicker in diameter than my other one and I love the solid middle part too. I had a pretty decent foam roller but the core was hollowed out and it broke shortly after getting in. I know this one will not break! And it’s got different types of “knobs” which gives me some variety. If you’re used to soft foam rollers, this one is not for you. But if you want it to “hurt so good”, give it a try!!

Durable. Very effective in relieving tension in the muscles

I like it but it takes a bit to get used to
It’s definitely firm and very rocky feeling on the back at first, after a while you get used to it though, just ease into it

Helped my back stress
Great quality and helped relieve my back strain. Quite firm and dense, you may want to start with a softer one before moving on to this one.

No instructions, no info on company website
The product page for the Basic Bumpy says it includes a 20 page instruction manual. I could not find that on the site the product insert directed me to. If you go to the Rumble Roller website, it's as if the Basic Bumpy does not exist. I am going to keep this since it was low cost, but if you really care about having a Rumble Roller, get a standard one with all the same teeth. This Basic Bumpy looks like a generic roller that is being marketed under the Rumble Roller name as a complete afterthought.

It’s good and firm, and just wide enough.
Does the job. I assume basic means not terribly cushy foam. That’s OK, because if you use a roller correctly, it’s going to hurt. This one does not baby your fascia. Gets right down to business. I was worried it would Not me wide enough, but, I can roll my back on it, and it covers me just fine. Recommended.
