Try getting Amazon to package these correctly! after an earlier order of the same items, after a lengthy 'chat correspondence' we made sure that when the same items are ordered again, the packaging would be adjusted to suit these particular precision items that don’t like impact. If a basic request for packaging, which i would have been happy to pay for, from someone who has enjoyed the services of Amazon for nearly two decades, we might actually know what we're talking about from extensive experience. If such a basic request cannot be processed, Amazon is no longer a professional service. It's also hugely wasteful. These are precision items that don’t like impact, they are also vibration sensitive. Each spool requires approximately 30mm or 3Cm of bubblewrap around the whole of each spool, with tape securing the bubble wrap as an individual unit to protect from impact. The box should be tight fitting where possible. Where there is space, plenty of of the standard paper wrap stuffed in tight to prevent any movement. They should also be marked fragile on the box.
