MatiasUK Wired RGB Backlit Aluminum Keyboard for PC Black
S**M
Terrible rollover issues. Poor key-press registration.
**Pros**Looks - Good overall. Minimalist and sleek. The backlight has full colour range on a wheel at the back. I will say the backlight LEDs glare quite a bit as they're not fully hidden by the keyboard's structure, particularly when viewed at an angle.Feel - Great. Feels and sounds lovely to type with. However this just makes the cons all the more frustrating.**Cons**Poor key-press registration - Keys are able to be pressed down completely and still not register, particularly when pressed towards the corner of a key. This isn't an occasional thing either, it's every time. To have the feedback of a key bottoming out not match up with the press being registered is jarring and frustrating.Only 2KRO - On a £100 keyboard 2KRO is woeful. The left side I found particularly bad. Most >2 key combinations that use the shift key just won't work. If you are into gaming or use any remotely complex keyboard functions then this will frustrate you as much as it did me. I've used a membrane Razer keyboard for years that was a fraction of the price and has none of these issues.Poor customer care from seller - This keyboard arrived on the 1st of August. I requested a refund for it on the 1st of September. That's 31 days since it was delivered. The Keyboard Company seemed all too happy to point to the 30 day window and essentially tell me to jog on. So don't expect this company to do any more than the bare minimum. A shame as I was intending to try another from their range, but now will avoid and warn colleagues/friends to do the same.**Summary**Frustrating and severely disappointing on the performance front. Good looks not nearly enough to warrant the price tag. Customer care reaches only as far as the absolute minimum.
