Easy to use. Love the arm wrap. A good purchase.

I am writing this review after four days of testing and comparing the results with my manual sphygmomanometer. I can attest to the accuracy of the A&D UA-651; it is very precise. I would recommend this model over any Omron blood pressure monitor in this price range. My second choice would be the Omron 7120.

Total waste of money. Giving wrong reading from day one. Gives 195 reading and after 5 mins will give 135 reading. I lost my money

Machine is not working. I tried many times to restart but it not working.

Looks like the product is pretty good based on the ratings given worldwide. But this seller seems to be sourcing defective items as the first one (before replacement) was also showing random readings. If the readings can vary by 30-40 points then it is as good as not monitoring.

Le grand affichage est clair, les chiffres sont visibles et le résultat est facile à interpréter. Ce qu’il m’a plu : L’appareil est cliniquement validé : une étude a montré que le modèle UA‑651 remplit les exigences de validation selon le protocole international. Le brassard “SlimFit” est sans latex et sans métal, ce qui est un bon point pour le confort. Le bon rapport qualité‐prix : il est plus abordable que certains modèles haut de gamme tout en offrant des fonctions sérieuses.

Semplice, preciso ed affidabile

My wife was loaned an A&D blood pressure monitor by the NHS last week, and that's why I selected this one. There are so many brands to choose from but this is the only one I know of that is approved by the World Health Organisation and trusted by the NHS. With more than one person with heart issues in my household, accurate readings are important and first impressions are that it's working perfectly. All four of us used the NHS loaned monitor last week and the readings from this new (UA-651) device are consistent with the readings from that device. What's more, I was diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation (AF) years ago and I can confirm that this device reliably detects the condition. I took my blood pressure five times and the AF indicator lit up next to the BP results every time. When my wife and two sons took their readings, the AF indicator did not light up... which is accurate because they do not have Atrial Fibrillation! I'm really very impressed that such an inexpensive blood pressure monitor can detect such a condition. As for the sleeve - even though it's the same brand and size as the one loaned by the NHS last week - it seems of much better quality. It's thicker, the velcro seems of better quality, and it doesn't crease or pinch. As for the fit, one of my sons is 6'2", me and my other son are 5'8", my wife is 4'11", we are all around average weight, and the sleeve fits us all. Using the device couldn't be easier. Attach the strap and press a button. That's it! It also comes with a little carrying bag and monitor, sleeve and instructions all fit inside perfectly. Did I already mention how impressed I am with this thing? Because I really am. :)

I have big arms and this machine works so well. Super easy to put on and to use. Bp on par with hospital reading as I tested it against them.

Lo hemos comprado para una persona mayor que tiene que mirar diariamente la tensión. Le dijeron en el centro de salud que si podía comprarse un aparato como este y anotaba los resultados no sería necesario ir allí todos los días. Como no sabemos cuáles pueden ser los más fiables compramos este por las reseñas y el primer día lo llevamos al centro de salud para comprobar que daban los mismos datos que los suyos. Y si, exactos, nos dijeron que muy bien en usar este. Buen precio, fiable, y fácil de usar para una persona mayor.
