I used this tape and it does miracle when you are suffering of muscle pain, knee pain or back pain. You attaché it and leave it till is coming out on his own.

I don't understand why it works but it's instant relief. I use it on my shoulder for a torn rotater cuff and a SLAP tear. I'm now debating if I should go through with surgery because it works so well. It will last multiple days but it is a bit painful to remove. Wizard magic.
