This is the everything swaddle! I wish I would have discovered it sooner. It works great for early swaddling up through transition. I wish they had a longer size so I could keep using it. Zipper is solid, it’s stretchy but firm, warm enough to count as a thick layer BUT note that the sleeves are short, so baby’s hands do get chilly.

My son is currently a week old, and in the NICU, and I can’t even tell you how much of a life saver this swaddle sleep sack has been. First off, it zips both ways, so his monitor cords can be ran out of the bottom of it. Second, when he is in his Mamaroo, I can just unzip the bottom and just let his little feet out so he can be properly strapped into the Mamaroo, while still being continuously swaddled simultaneously and without interruption. Diaper changes have been FAR easier with this as well for the same reason. The material is so soft, very breathable (The Hospital has swaddle sacks, but they kept causing him to be too warm, and when his temperature would get checked he would always be in the 99’s, but then after being unwrapped for a few he would be back to normal. But that is not an issue when he is in this sleep sack.) 3rd, my son is a scratcher, but also likes to keep his hands up and near his face, which this sleep sack allows him to do while keeping his hands covered and still swaddling him. The fit is absolutely perfect for him being a newborn (He is 6lbs 6.8oz and 19 1/4 inches), and he has plenty of room to grow. If I had any complaints at all, it would be that I wish they came in 2 packs, or were a little less expensive so i could get more. But totally worth every cent.

Holy cow...we bought this a few weeks ago and hadn't used it yet. Today, our son had the start of some casting for his bilateral clubfoot, and I hadn't realized until a few days ago that we wouldn't be able to swaddle him in blankets like we had been for nap time. When we came home for his first nap, we just used a regular sleep sack without any swaddling, and he was startling himself awake every few minutes, so I had to contact nap him the whole time. For his next nap, I remembered we had the omni swaddle, and put him in it. He was out in minutes, and stayed asleep the whole time. Now, his next nap time in the late afternoon has been such a struggle since about 3 to 4 weeks old. I often end up rocking him to sleep for about 40 minutes to an hour, and end up going back in 4 or 5 times to quiet him back down. Or he just won't sleep until his next feeding. I put him in the omni swaddle, and before I even took him upstairs, he was asleep in the pack and play bassinet. I'm sitting here writing this review, and I'm so amazed he's still sleeping that I bought a second one so we have two to rotate between. Overall, the quality is so good. It's beautifully well-made, and fits our 6 week old well with plenty of room to grow. For reference, he's about 9 lbs (about 15th percentile). For clubfoot mamas, there's also plenty of room for his casts.

Love the versatility of this swaddle and it’s very soft. Don’t think it’s temperature regulated though so just be mindful of what the baby wears to sleep, my baby had woke up in sweat one time.

We had previously ordered the muslin, sleeveless sleep sacks for my older daughter, and so we decided to get this swaddle when my youngest arrived home from the hospital. She had a very active moro-reflex--she would 'punch' her way out of a standard blanket swaddling and would wake herself up if she was not fully strapped in for sleep. She needed something heftier to fully snuggle her arms in tight, especially overnight...this was a very good option for us with the inner wrap and the outer velcro strap to help keep her arms at her side for the first month or two; and even in the early summer when we were using it, it was a good middle range weight for warmth/cool for her; soft cotton didn't seem scratchy or uncomfortable for her, and we liked the pattern. Was sad to have her size out of it!

For the price it’s fine! The velcro is strong and the design worked great for transitioning from swaddled to arms out. Giving 3 stars because it’s not warm… My baby’s hands are always SO cold when she wakes up and we need to use fleece pjs to keep the rest of her warm.. And my house is not freezing!

I love that it allows for arms-up or arms-free positions so baby can still self-soothe. The material is soft, breathable, and easy to adjust. The double zipper makes nighttime diaper changes so quick and painless. I ended up buying a second because it’s that good. Total game changer for sleep.
