I ordered this as a recommendation from Jamie’s Kitchen. Been watching her cooking videos for about 1y. And she uses hers almost every episode. I have arthritis in my hands and slicing and chopping vegetables is very difficult. Food processors just obliterate my beautiful produce. This product is outstanding! Very solid construction and several options of blades. I love the container the vegetables go into, very easy and clean process. The medium chop blade is my favorite. For the first time in a long time, I can actually say this is worth the money ! I would highly recommend!

I’ll be honest: I didn’t buy this vegetable chopper because I love vegetables. I bought it because my doctor, my spouse, and society have all teamed up against me. Cleanup is easy, it feels sturdy, and it hasn’t tried to convert me to veganism yet, which I appreciate. Do I still prefer brisket? Absolutely. But if vegetables are going to be in my life against my will, this chopper is the least offensive way for that to happen. My SIL was excited to get this as a gift. She even made us a hearty ramen soup using this chopper for the veggies. It was very sharp and chopped easily. It never stuck and chopped evenly across the entire vegetable. It’s sturdy and was easy to clean. She was able to get through chopping the vegetables in about a third of the time of her old chopper.

This is a must have in your kitchen. Sick of dicing up your veggies and fruits...well this slap chopper is here to change your life...and give you some mental ease with cooking in the kitchen. The quality is nice and for the size you can chop up things fast! For the most part it is safe and offers the ability to detach the chopping pieces to clean it much easier! Setting it up and disassembling it is easy. YOU NEED THIS!

The chopper works great! If this was just a chopper I would give it 5 stars. Quarter an onion, put it on the chopper and you have diced onions in minutes with no tears. Be careful, the chopper blades a very sharp. Incidental contact is enough to cut you. The slicer cuts VERY thin, too thin in my opinion. If there was another slicer blade that was thicker and suitable for tomatoes it would be nice. The width of the cutter is also too narrow for a large tomato, potato, or onion. The coarse grater says that it is for "apple, ginger, and garlic." There is no way to use it with garlic without grating your fingers too. I haven't tried the cheese grater blades yet, but I imagine the will work well enough. The holes might be on the small size. I'll update my review after I use them. Bottom line is that I wish I had bought the set that was just the chopper. That part is great.

Does a great job at preparing vegetables but is a nightmare to clean. I resorted to using a long wooden skewer. I would recommend preparing large quantities of fruit and vegetables as it takes a good 5-10mins to clean out all the components. I wouldn’t trust it in a dishwasher.

This is NOT the original Fullstar item. I was sent a flimsy knock-off brand, which I returned. I owned the original before, and it’s the only real deal. Knock-offs don’t compare in terms of sturdiness and quality of materials.
