Feels weird reviewing a trash can, but here we are. It is a big step up from the foot pedal type. It is an attractive stainless steel, and so far, works perfectly. We will see about longevity, but for now, is great. Looks really nice in the kitchen and the sensor is very responsive. And it was more affordable than almost every foot pedal type i found. Hopefully it hold up as far as electronics go, I would certainly buy again.

I saw several reviews complaining this trash can was smaller than advertised so that did worry me a bit but it is 13 gallon like it says. I use 13 gallon trash bags and they fit just perfect. When the can is full and you pull the bag out it is about as full as it can get. So the size is not an issue. It was in perfect condition. No dents, scratches etc. I also saw a couple reviews where people said the ring that holds the bag in was too tight. I did not have that issue either. It slides right on. All in all so far this is a great trash can. I love the motion sensor lid and it works great. I cannot speak to durability this soon but will update this review after I’ve had it for a while.

When I got this trash can, I loved it! It worked well. Wave your hand over it and it opened. 3 seconds later, it closed automatically. At about the 4 month mark I had to change the batteries. I worked fine for a while. Then about 1 month later it started not responding as well to the open/close features. I replaced with brand new batteries a few times since and the touchless features are failing. It will open only half way with a wave of hand. It will not close on it's own at all. It just stays open until you physically close it now. Is it still a good product? Yes! But, dont hold your breathe on the touchless features for long. I like the size of it. It is sturdy and has a good weight to it. It looks decent, for a trash can. Would I buy it again, maybe not! The normal sixed 13 gallon bags don't fit it very well. They work, but are a bit small for this bin. I buy 18 gallon ones for it online. The noise level is good. You can hear a slight motor movement sound when it opens and closes, so it's not silent but not bad.

This trash can is perfect! I thought it was going to be too small when the box came in but it is wide and a 13 gallon trash bag fits great. You will need 4 c size batteries!

This trash can is everything as described and more! The true red color is beautiful and enhances my kitchen accents! It flips its lid as if a salute and closes automatically; or if need be, with a touch of a button, it opens & closes manually as well! The shape and size are perfect as it fits in most anywhere; especially in my tiny kitchen where it is the center of attention! The price was an unbeatable bargain and it’s the easiest to empty & load without fuss or muss! I use scented 13 gal garbage bags that easily fit without any excess plastic overlap! as described. sensor works well. buttons work well. seems well built. i bought this trash can for my tattoo studio and i am happy with the purchase so far. i just hope the motor in the lid last. this review is written one month after purchase.
