Went down a few points so far after almost a month years. We’ll see you after another a few months if it went down anymore. I also eat a primarily plant-based diet and try to cut out simple carbs, sugar, and sweets. I do exercise about 4 to 5 times a week.

Works very well, my labs were all perfect!

I bought this after reading about the possibility of it growing hair back. I am a woman in my late 30's and the very front top portion of my hair had started to thin pretty badly. Odd really because I have very thick curly hair. I tried the rogaine for women and I tried one other product. Neither of them made much of a difference. I started taking this, and at first I didn't notice much, but I am at the end of my 90 pill bottle and I swear that my hair is at about 85% of it's previous thickness. I almost wish I would have taken pictures of the difference. I haven't had any side affects that I know of. I did do several hormone and thyroid tests, and they all came back normal. I don't really know what was causing the hair loss besides age. I am not a doctor or scientist, I just wanted to leave a review stating that this did indeed help my hair thinning.
