This is my first time trying Raaka dark chocolate and it’s one of the best dark chocolate bars that I have tried. The flavor is fantastic; not too rich or bitter. I keep it in my fridge and break off a chunk when I’m having a chocolate craving. Keeping it cool keeps it fresh and gives it that crisp crunch that complements dark chocolate. And a big bonus - the saturated fat content is low for those heart healthy conscious consumers.

I was in the market for a high quality dark chocolate & when I saw this one had Peruvian salt I was SOLD. Absolutely delicious the perfect after dinner treat!

I was really excited when my package arrived, but the moment I opened it, I realized that buying chocolate online instead of from a local store wasn’t the best idea. Due to unstable temperature conditions during shipping, the chocolate had discolored and clearly melted at some point. I still gave it a try — it’s a standard dark chocolate with a hint of pink salt. I imagine it would taste much better if purchased fresh from a local shop. Unfortunately, after a long journey, the quality just isn’t the same. If you’re a true chocoholic like me, I’d recommend visiting a local handmade chocolate shop — you can spend about the same and treat yourself to something truly enjoyable. On the other hand, if you’re looking for a more economical option, stores like Costco offer bulk chocolate that’s comparable or even better in flavor. The one upside to this purchase is that Amazon provided a full refund.

Chocolate is a tough market. Raaka is a subtle. It has great texture (and holds up at room temperature). It is lightly salted. The salt and chocolate have a great interaction. It is a good choice (and value) in top end chocolates. I'd buy it again but I will try other flavors.

I have 11 food allergies, so my choices of chocolate bars are limited. This is my favorite of all I've tried for taste, texture and free of all my allergens. Love that it's offered here on Amazon when Whole Foods is out. Thank you Raaka!

I consider myself more of a chocolate devourer than a chocolate connoisseur, but this chocolate bar might change my mind. Both the sweetness and bitterness were pleasantly subtle, leaving plenty of room for chocolate flavor, and it was somehow rich and light at the same time. I'm currently resisting the urge to buy out my local store's supply.

i first tried this chocolate at the ACE Hotel in DTLA. Delicious and highly recommend for people who don't want crap ingredients in their food.

塩味がクセになります。美味しいです。 でも送料が高いです。このご時世、ゆうパケットでも遅れると思うのに800円近い送料です。クール便でもないのにわざわざヤマト便で届きました。また買いたいとは思ったけど送料考えるとリピートしません。あとコンビニ受け取り出来ないので星2個減らしました。

個人的に塩味が強すぎてチョコの風味が微妙でした。
