lasted 3 months & cannot get replacement or refund
This unit was used in the Critical Care Unit for 3 months and failed. I cannot get a refund, nor a replacement. This is really unacceptable. I shouldn't have to buy an extended warrantee to guarantee my product works for AT LEAST a full year.

Great Multiplexer, improved image quality for cable connected cameras
Used in a store surveillance system, the employees noted right away improved image quality and options for screen in screen and number of cameras available on monitor make this a nice system, we were upgrading a failed multiplexer in this store and all went well
