I use this product with the combination of two other products, and after three months, it completely healed most if not all the inflammation and joint pain that I was having throughout my body, mostly my arms, shoulders and hips. I am absolutely grateful that this product came into my reality after doing some research and found that This patented formula is evidence based so I was happy to order it. It was expensive but well worth it I’m just finishing up my last bottle and may take a break for a month or two just to see if the inflammation comes back or if it’s been fully resolved. But I’m very happy with this product and I hope my positive review doesn’t cause the price to skyrocket.

I bought this product last summer to help with systemic inflammation related to autoimmune issues, specifically psoriatic arthritis, of which I have a relatively mild case. I took it along with the Pure Encapsulations turmeric and also a lower-cost ginger capsule and a good quality fish oil. I also sometimes took it by itself, or omitted it from the turmeric and ginger, so I could gauge its effects. This product definitely helped alleviate some of my pain and stiffness and improved energy levels. it also had a noticeable mood-brightening effect. The combination of the three was so helpful, I was able to reduce my naproxen intake to one 550mg pill every other day. As reference, my prescription is for two 550mg pills every day PRN, so this is a significant reduction. In addition, when I take the boswellia, I find that the stomach/gut symptoms i experience with the naproxen are relieved. This was an unexpected benefit. As with all medications and supplements I take, after a few months, the effectiveness waned somewhat. That's just how my body works and always has; it does not indicate a problem with the product. Nevertheless, I continue the regimen because it does still helps. Also, my blood sed rate at my last exam is now within normal limits, indicating less inflammation, and I am able to exercise and work longer and harder than I have in a couple of years. I tried another, less expensive brand and was not as satisfied with the results. I recommend this brand and am buying another order today, in fact.

Yeah -- I am finally starting to address my longstanding Candida problem, and it looks like Boswellia will be providing one of the cornerstones of my program. (Coriander seed oil, Pau D'Arco, Black Seed oil, MCT oil, and -- of course -- diet will be providing the other cornerstones.) I use several Pure Encapsulations supplements, and have found all of them to have just about the highest quality and best functionality on the market. So it pleased me, when I was researching Boswellia supplement options, to discover that Pure Encapsulations offered this especially bio-available form of Boswellia extract. Since I started using it, I have noticed a substantial improvement in my Candida symptoms. I do not have arthritis, so I can not attest to this product's effectiveness for that ailment; but, if you asked me for an educated opinion, I would suggest giving Boswellia AKBA a try. Boswellia, in general, seems to be one of those near-miraculous panacea herbs, like Turmeric and Nigella sativa; and the AKBA form of Boswellia extract seems to provide people with the most of Boswellia's virtues. I highly recommend this product for Candida sufferers ... and, probably, for almost everybody suffering from almost anything! 😊

a great product that relieved much of my arthritic knee pain, but unfortunately, I have had to discontinue using because it caused a feeling of nausea though I took it with food. It's too bad because it is really effective--and potent. I did some research and found that some people had the same experience. I plan to try again just to see--maybe combining it with aloe vera or licorice to coat the stomach.

If you have osteoarthritis and/or spinal stenosis along with that, this product may really help you. Boswellia is one of the alternative supplements recommended on the Arthritis Foundation website. If it works for you, you will notice an improvement in function along with much less pain in about 3 weeks and you may be able to reduce your dependence on NSAIDs and other meds. And it does appear to help a majority of people. It's been extensively studied and followed by some of the European countries like France. The AKBA 5Loxin is also important as it's more effective than other forms of Boswellia Serrata. However, please check to see if your other medications would cause you to have an adverse reaction. Most people seem to tolerate this quite well.

I am not finding this Boswellia AKBA any different from other Boswellia I have taken. I think my best experience may have been the ones with black pepper added in. Unfortunately a lot of brands with black pepper become unavailable. The one i had before seem to stem my migraines with auras to once every two weeks instead of weekly. I am getting them more than ever currently. I am also trying Qulipta for that but while i thought it was helping.......now I am thinking it may have been the boswellia with black pepper was helping because I am still taking Qulipta. My sister's headaches abated with Boswellia (at a high dose) totally. she has been migraine free for a few years taking boswellia which was suggested to her by a neurologist. I do find Boswellia may subside morning aches and lifts my mood a bit.....so for that reason I will will continue supplements of Boswella. AS it turns out the seller reached out to me after reading this review and made me an offer i couldn't refuse. Pure is a Good company to deal with.

Pure Encapsulation is the best company on the market. Their Products are Top Shelf.

I notice the difference between this and their regular boswellia formula, and that one was already good. But this feels stronger and I get even better results.
