I bought this to zoom my meetings. The picture was clear and the sound was excellent. My only complaint would be that you can only see 4 people on a page. My old laptop allowed me to see 25. Otherwise, it ran fast. Very impressed.

I bought this as an emergency backup because my other unnamed (not a Lenovo) laptop was getting HOT every time I used it and I needed to rescue research files from the unnamed laptop. So far so good. The keyboard is fabulous. This has Windows 11 which works better than Windows 10 with so many multiple updates that Powershell was damaged, very annoying. I have 2 other Lenovo ThinkPads that I love and I think I will never buy another non-Lenovo again.

This gaming laptop is incredibly great! You can play any modern game on the device and it almost never lags or freezes! The keyboard is fine (pretty basic, nothing special) and the screen is also sufficiently bright! Although the device is a bit expensive, its vast functionality makes it worth the price!

Bought this for my daughter for school in March of 2022. In December 2022, it stopped working. Would not take a charge. Tried a new AC adaptor, thinking that might be the problem. Nope. Still would not light up the power port light. Tried a million online "how to" YouTube videos of how to get it to work. None were successful. So, I figured, hey, I still have a couple months left on the "warranty", right? I'll get it fixed under warranty. Well, the 1 year "warranty" isn't from when you buy it. It's from the DATE OF MANUFACTURE. So I plugged in the serial # of the laptop into the Lenovo website...warranty expired in November 2022...ONE MONTH BEFORE IT DIED!!! But, I can buy a NEW extended warranty. So I did that, because my daughter needs it for her school, and I figure I can get it repaired before she goes back. OK, so I get the warranty...they have a ONE MONTH DELAY!!! You have to wait 30 days before you can send it in for repair!!! Long story short...my family will NEVER EVER BUY another Lenovo product. You've lost quite a few potential customers. Absolute garbage...and I'm not one to give one star reviews. I now have to buy a new similar laptop...hopefully HP will give me a better experience.

Love this laptop already. Quick, easy to fold, and love the touch screen.

This was a great investment for my daughter heading off to college. The clarity on the screen is fantastic. Makes me want to purchase one for myself. I would purchase from this seller again. Loved they required a signature of delivery. I have been having issues with Amazon delivery. Seller keep up this excellent service and requirement of a signature of delivery.

Have had this heavy laptop for just under a month (it’s a bit bigger than just the screen size due to its framing), it continues to crash and refuses to get out of black screen display despite graphic card resets. It allows me to log in and then sometimes I’ll get a flash of my display, but it flashes back to black screen with my cursor visible. I can even toggle CTRL+ALT+DLT to check through tasks but nothing. And if not this, it shows that I’ve run into some problem and I need to reselect my country and reset my user. It worked fast and efficiently when it worked, and then it stopped working. All of this hassle plus a battery life of less than 2.5 hours doing minimal work has just not been worth the purchase. Would only recommend if you’re looking for a small desktop (not worth transit with it) or will keep it by a plugged in all its life, and you’re adept at continually going through back processes to clear.

I work from home some now so I needed a chromebook specifically for the work I do. This one is perfect! Responds quickly, easy to navigate and with a mouse for that it’s just what I wanted.

Es un portatil muy equilibrado, es muy ligero, es de plástico pero tratado como para que parezca completamente de aluminio... muy bonito. Va muy rápido y fluido, aunque sólo lo.he utiñizado, por ahora, para tareas domésticas. Sólo le encuentro.un defecto, su garantia son dos años, pero el portatil ainque viene precintado, su garantia viene ya activada del 8 de novuembre del 2019... y a mi el priducto se me ha entregado el 31 de Enero del 2020. Con lo cual la garantia efectiva son 21 meses y no 24. Actualización: Al registrar el producto en Lenovo vantage, automaticamente se ha actualizado ls garantia... por los 24 meses. De 10 gracias ... por su servicio.

Me pareció practico tener un segundo ordenador portátil como alternativa al de sobremesa. De momento va estupendo y, el precio me parece inmejorable. El teclado es extendido y cómodo. En casa usamos mucho el ordenador para trabajos de oficina pendientes. Le he añadido un soporte ventilador que me lo inclina y la pantalla se me hace cómoda.
