Was afraid I could no longer use our Fresco. One of the plates in back had cracked. Looked here on Amazon out of curiosity and found the perfect replacements. Works excellent in our Fresco. I was so relieved. Air quality is great. Smells great. Does its job. Very excellent!

They work perfectly. The noise level is normal and the smell is easy on the nose.

I ordered these bc my machine did not seem to be working as good as it used to. The "filter" was not the problem, my machine was broke. Anyway other than literally breaking one of these bc they are made of a breakable material, I dont know why a replacement would be necessary. They cant fall apart and I dont know how or why this part would just stop working. All that to say, I got exactly what I ordered but my personal opinion is a replacement should not be necessary unless this part is physically broken into pieces.
