This brand was recommended by my natural doctor and I believe they have great quality supplements. They have them at their office, but when I don't want to drive across town, I purchase them on Amazon. They've always shown up on time, sealed, and in good condition. I do not notice any difference between these and the ones I purchase at my doctors. These are the only sleeping supplements that don't leave me groggy in the morning. I was told that it builds up in your system, so it's best to start with three an hour before bed, then go down to two and eventually one. If I am taking the proper dosage, I don't have any weird dreams. If I take them and don't feel like I'm getting solid sleep, I increase the amount and then sleep great. It takes a little while for it to start working well, so I recommend giving it some time before you decide for sure if they work well for you. Every body is different - this is just what has worked for me. I have a pretty sensitive system and these don't seem to bother me at all.

The description of the product leads you to believe that it is 2000mg caplets when in fact, you have to take 4 caplets to take 2000mg.

This leads you to believe that it is 2,000 mg, but they capsules are only 500 mg, you have to take four to get 2,000mg. I almost fell for it.

This product was recommended to me by my acupuncturist, since I am unable to use Melatonin and other sleep products on the market. It works great with no after affects. I get much better sleep.
