the packaging for this product is not really reusable to store the product in, I had to take this to a local model repair shop to fix the loose chip, the loco is the slowest one I have bought, very disappointed grandsons! I wish Hornby still made this range much better loco's

My son had been after this item for ages and was really excited for this weekend when I ordered it for him. Product arrived, put it on the track and nothing - no power, movement or any sign of life. Now got one devastated child with no train to play with.

Wasn't expecting to get Gordon in bubble wrap sadly his whistle broke, his tender wheels must of pop off when shipped, and doesn't run at all. I was pretty excited to add to my layout but ended up with another project or scrap
