Perfect for a family of 2. I am more willing to deep fry now as I don't have to use a lot of oil . This pot is well made so I feel safe using this with very hot oil. Very easy to clean . Also , perfect size for 1-2 people for boiling pasta or stews. Good buy !

Great Pot. Heats up oil quickly and easy to clean.

I really liked this pot when I first got it, it was just what I was looking for, but after a while the black surface started to flake off on the outside and ware away on the inside. Don’t want to use it anymore since it may end up in my food.

Good size, don’t need a lot of oil and it’s non stick, easy to clean

Perfect for small fried food.

Used this for Tempura, easy clean up. Cooking was the hard part!

熱伝導良きかな

家族4人なので、このくらいのサイズがちょうどよく、思っていた通り揚げやすいです。 もっと早く天ぷら鍋買っておけばよかったと思います。値段もお手頃だし質も良かったので買って良かったです。

以前はコンパクトな15cmサイズを使用。しかし揚げ物するにも小さ過ぎて使い勝手悪し。鍋底にも円形の凹みがあるため、天かすも綺麗に取れなかった。大は小を兼ねるではないが、鍋底もフラットでやはり22cmサイズなので一度で揚げられる。油の注ぎ口も液ダレがなく洗いやすく水切れも良い。買い替えて正解でした。

知人宅で口径20㎝を使用、軽くて使いやすいとのことで、我が家は一回り大きいサイズを購入しました。まだ使用はしていませんが、縁が底から真っ直ぐに立ち上がっているので洗うのが楽かなと思います。ただ、思ったより重かった為☆4つです。

最初はいいけれど、だんだんとコーティングが 剥がれ始めました。 これは、おすすめできません。
