tiny little capsules, I am very deficient so take anywhere between 1 and 3 a day - rotating the amounts. If you are tired all the time, try Vit D - it makes a huge difference!!! I might get the 10000 IU next time, but for now, happy with the 7000

Unfortunately the expiration date of this product is very small due to the amount of pill that comes, my doctor recommended taking one pill a week, but the expiration date is 4 months from now (08/2022).

The mode of transport of the products must be checked, since many items such as vitamins and supplements cannot be at high temperatures. All products arrived ok, sealed, with good expiration date and also fast! They only arrived too hot, which can interfere with the quality of the product, losing its effectiveness.
