What's the difference between the two 27 fl Oz? one is selling for $34 and the other for $28.

The $34 cologne is a men's eau de cologne, while the $28 cologne is a perfume specifically for women.

It says Splash in the title, but Spray next to "item form." Which is it?

I use the large bottle to fill smaller bottles with sprayers attached. It’s much more efficient and less wasteful. I use small 2 ounce spray bottles that I purchased from 4711 when I first started using it.
