Insect product received
I received product quality completely not good. It's definitely going to dustbin or going to feed birds. We can't eat. Very disappointed.

Best Qualify Barley for GOOD HEALTH
1 FIRST REVIEW -Good quality product, I am editing my review after consuming 6 packets. This barley looks like wheat, as brown protective cover is there. Hulled barley is good for heath benefits also taste better than Pearled Barley ( Processed to remove brown Protective cover ) 2 Long Term Second Review I was advised to increase my protein intake by physician,taking vegetarian diet one gets less protein than RDA ( required daily allowance ). I tried many options and settled for barley due to its benefits, it very easy to digest, you do not feel heavy, full of fibres with protein and other nutrients. After taking it for more than one year observed health benefits. - Cholesterol level, Triglyceride reduced to mid line which was high, Creatine reduced to lowest level. energy level improved, weight Stabilised. I tried many brand but R. R, AGRO is the best as outer full fibre cover, husk is intact, which gives max health benefits Recommend for vegetarian, vegan, good health and senior citizens.
