The Legend of Final Fantasy VIII

Still another great book about the game but man you Authors really are great making these books🎁🎭📙

I got this as a gift. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the book came quite late after the release date. BUT, let me tell you, I am so happy to have this. I am a big FF VIII fan. I fell in love it when I was 13 and still love it at 29. I love this book for the background and the tidbits you wouldn't get otherwise and the section on theories is quite interesting. Aside from the FF Ultimania Vol. 2 (which barely gives any info on 8) this is a great way to get some of the story pieces that may have been missed before. I'm definitely going back for another play through now.

Great book full of insight about the game and it's world, characters, and development.

Was super hyped to get this book as an avid FF8 lover, but was disappointed. Even though I preordered this 5+ months ago, I eagerly open this purchase to find a book that’s in a previously owned condition. I purchased this to read and put on display, but alas a book in this condition finds a better home in a dark closet :(

The book is a haphazard collection of information for FF VIII. While the information within is poorly organized, it does provide some interesting analysis on the game world and it's creation. The book will be entertaining to the hardcore fan base who seek out such material, but provides no new details regarding this 20-year old game.

I bought this book because I love the Final Fantasy game and wanted to find out a bit more about it. I was not disappointed! There is so much content in here, it's brilliant! The hardback book is lovely and quite compact, which is handy because it fits perfectly in my very full bookshelf. Overall its a great buy for anyone that likes Final Fantasy and wants to have a more in depth look at Final Fantasy 8's world and its characters.
