They look nice and sleek when they are in but the design of this is flawed. You have to make sure any pans you have under it while cooking have lids on as condensation and any grease on the extractor just run down and drop straight off into whatever is in the hob below. We kept this spotlessly clean but still found the run off quite disgusting and certainly didn't want it in my food.We bought this model from a well known kitchen chain (not from Amazon) as part of a full kitchen refit, that sadly was bodged so much the whole kitchen was ripped out and refunded after a lengthy and stressful battle. But on a positive note, it meant we were able to ditch this extractor fan and get a conventional flat one. I would never buy another angled one again. Unless we were using it incorrectly (I don't see how we could, the instructions were straightforward), I don't feel it is fit for purpose.
