Excellent product - very good value - very easy to swallow, no after taste!

I would recommend Vegepa capsules for anyone who suffers with ME, CFS, SLE and Fibromyalgia. I've taken Vegepa for about 7 years (I have SLE) and I've found the capsules to be of great benefit for pain and fatigue as well as balancing hormones. Within a week of taking Vegepa I got no more breast pain. Vegepa has helped me through the perimenopause and now the menopause. My skin is great also my hair and nails. I no longer have dry flaky skin on my face. Friends who have ME, CFS and Fibromyalgia have found that their pain is eased by taking Vegepa and if they leave the capsules off for a few days the pain comes back. The capsules seem to give us all more energy and without them our energy levels plummet. I will always take Vegepa because I consider them safe for me and my friends and none of us have experienced any side effects except for the therapeutic ones! The capsules are easy to swallow, easily absorbed and digested (I had digestive problems before taking Vegepa and have not had any additional problems since taking the capsules) also they can be safely taken with my normal prescription drugs. They are great for vegetarians. I originally took 5 capsules a day but I now only need to take 3 a day. My GP is happy for me to take them as they are a completely natural product and don't interfere or interact with any of my normal meds. They are definitely worth trying if you suffer from any of the illnesses I have mentioned.

**Updated review** - I have been taking these for 2 months now at 1 tablet a day and at around 6 weeks, I noticed a subtle change in the severity of my brain fog. I have ordered another 60 tablets which I will continue to take for another couple of months and update my review if there is any further change. On the plus side, it also seems to have increased my libido! **original review** I've been taking these for a month now and I was hoping that these may have some effect on my brain fog. 3 1/2 years post major chemo and bone marrow transplant and I'm still sufferening debilitating fatigue and brain fog on a daily basis. I had read an article stating that this supplement had helped people with Chronic Fatigue, so I thought I would give it a go. Sadly, it had not worked for me. We all react differently to medications and supplements and we take them for a variety of reasons. I have no reason to think that there is anything wrong with these capsules. This product was recommended to me several years ago for breast pain due to benigh lumpy breasts. It helps relieve the pain when I take one capsule per day.

Definitely a high quality omega supplement. I was taking cod liver oil but had to switch to something without vitamin A due to being on Accutane. I ended up enjoying this quite a bit more. It's hard to explain but I just feel better on it. Subtle mood and focus lift and it's been good for some of my mild hormonal issues. Even though I was taken off Accutane I'm sticking with this as opposed to cod liver oil.
