YOU CANNOT GO WRONG WITH THIS ONE!!! - GREAT, CLEAR, AND WHAT A WONDERFUL PRICED, ATTRACTIVE MONITOR. I WAS LOOKING FOR A NEW MONITOR THAT WAS THIN, COMPACT TO A POINT, AND LIGHTWEIGHT, EASY TO SET UP. FOUND IT!!! Review: Good Monitor for the price - Update after a year of using it, I like it. I actually like the monitor size-good for aging eyes. Now I wish I had another one like it to two together (another monitor was given by the company - it will do for now). I would recommend it. It even went down in price. I think I paid like $110-$120 or so including tax. Good monitor! I was looking for around $100, 27 inch computer monitor for work @ home. This arrived little late like a day or two... And to put the monitor & stand together-there was no instruction on the manual so I had to figure it out-After you put together the stand, there's little rectangular plastic piece that you have to kind of clip it into neck of the stand/ part of the stand- It's to "space" your monitor against the wall, kind of piece... It's not a must -to clip it into.. Anyways, the screen is good (little big for my desk but it's ok, I will work with it) and the color seems to be good. This monitor screens out blue light, flicker free and glare free. That's why I chose this one. Let's see how long it lasts. But it's good for now for the price.

Good Monitor for the price
Update after a year of using it, I like it. I actually like the monitor size-good for aging eyes. Great monitor for the (sale) price
I was in the market for a white 1440p monitor that had a good refresh rate for a good price and this one delivered. I wouldn’t buy this at its full price because you can definitely find comparable models from other brands for less money. But at 250 it was a steal and I had to jump on it. Picture looks great and color is very accurate. White color goes well with the recent trend of white PC builds. The stand that is included with the monitor is really wide so it’d probably be best to make sure you have the space for it. My desk has a dedicated “ledge” where you’re supposed to put monitors but the stand was too wide to fit so I had to buy a dual monitor VESA mount for it and my older 1080p monitor. Took off one star due to the RGB strip on the back not working at all. Tried contacting Westinghouse support but they ultimately gave me the runaround and were less than helpful. The RGB strip not working isn’t really a dealbreaker for me but it’s annoying and frustrating that I can’t get a reply back from someone who knows what they’re talking about. Summary: Buy it if you can get it on sale like I did. At over 400 dollars for the regular price it’s simply not worth it. Update: I bought another monitor so that I would have dual matching 1440p screens. After installing the second monitor I was able to get the RGB on both monitors to function as intended. I am keeping the review at 4 stars because the customer support is basically nonexistent as other reviews have stated. The monitors themselves work great though and I’m very happy with the picture quality and performance. At their new price of 200 bucks it’s well worth it for how little you pay.

Can't you hear me now?
Brilliant and beautiful image but absolutely horrible speakers. I've heard Piezzo buzzers that sounded better than these Westinghouse built-in speakers. I specifically chose this monitor BECAUSE it had built in speakers while similarly priced monitors did not. What a waste. I had to purchase an external set of speakers (now cluttering up my desk even more.) I'll keep the monitor because the image is decent but CAVEAT EMPTOR on the speakers. They are nothing but complete garbage.

Fantastic display; would give 4.5 stars for other factors if I could.
Overall, I'm very pleased with this product. I bought this to replace an old Dell because I'm a software developer and I'm on my computer constantly, so I needed a good panel. This delivered. It's crisp, the contrast is great, the viewing angle is phenomenal with very little color shift (thanks to the VA panel, which is fairly uncommon). The menu is intuitive, the buttons slightly less so. it's a little difficult to see the markings for the buttons, but I think that was a good design choice because they'd be tacky if they were obvious, and once you figure it out it's fine. The reduced eye strain mode is good and I leave it on constantly while doing anything except gaming and photo editing. (Just a blue light filter, you can get software for that, but I prefer having it on the hardware side.) I use it for coding, image manipulation, gaming, internet browsing, writing, basically everything. It's been a great monitor for all of it. Cons, and why I'd give this 4.5 if Amazon let me: The base. While it's perfectly stable (much more so than some others I've had; it has a very wide stance), it's rather cheap and you can tell. It doesn't interface well with the receiver on the panel, so mounting the panel on it is... Difficult, at best, and it's super hard to adjust the angle on. I adjusted it once and left it there because I felt like I was gonna break the panel if I did it again. These are fairly common problems among cheap monitors, but it's excusable for me because I was prioritizing a good panel, of course, in which this one certainly doesn't disappoint, and you can always just use a VESA mount if you really want. I will be when I go dual monitor. The bezel isn't actually as small as it looks. The panel goes right up to the edge of the monitor, but the pixels stop about a quarter inch from the edge of the panel, so you do get a bit of black border. A bummer if you're using multiple, but oh well, still a rather small border. It came with a power chord (proprietary, not a standard 3 prong) and a VGA cable, and it didn't come with an HDMI chord. I guess they figure we're back to VGA? I dunno, but I was a little bummed because I'm used to 1 of each display cable and there's nothing that lists what cables it comes with. If you've got an HDMI chord and you don't care about a slightly awkward base, I highly recommend it.
