Looks great. Bought from uk amazon and sadly cant use it. Has a usa plug. Now having to buy an adapter. This would have been ordered at same time if listing had stated usa plug. Also when I did finally get to try it didn't work. The light works but not the heating element. I tried the bowl on my other wax melt machine which works well at being able to remove the cooled wax, sadly it also seems to absorb the smell from the melt too so not really any good.

Unfortunately this item did not work. When it arrived it did not have a uk plug ,I ordered an adapter but once all set up the light worked but did not heat up so would not melt wax cubes. I sent back and had no problem getting a refund. Although I really liked the look of this product I was scared to order another to replace in case I had the same problem

Rubbish and waste of money I bought it used it once and it worked okay. I got rid of the box etc. Tried to use it today and it lights up but will not heat up. I'm gutted cause I bought a really cheap one and had no problem with it

I have had numerous wax warmers over the years, and I am obsessed with making my home smell yummy. However, I'm tired of cleaning the wax out when the scent is gone or when I want to switch up the smell. I ordered wax liners and those are pretty awesome, but I was shopping for a new wax warmer when I found this one. I was hesitant because I like the unique and beautiful warmers, and this one seemed so plain. But, the silicone dish to hold the wax, sold me. With this, I can easily pop the wax out after it has cooled, to throw it away or to save for another time, if it still has a scent. I also LOVE that it has a timer. Too many times I have forgotten that a wax warmer was on. So, as far as convenience, this wax warmer is great, but as far as looks, it isn't the greatest. I would LOVE if they came out with more options, keeping the design the same, but with more styles. It is pricier than other wax warmers, but the timer and easy cleanup make it worth it.

I bought this wax warmer to melt wax for a pleasant scent during Christmas. This was my first attempt at using an artificial scent. The warmer (I got the Linen) is beautiful and blends with any decor. We had a party and no one knew that I was using it because it can be tucked away on a counter. I like that this warmer has a timer and will switch off automatically if I forget. I didn't feel safe using a cheaper warmer that plugs directly into an outlet because kids might knock it over running or be drawn to it on the counter. The warmer uses a light bulb inside to melt the wax slowly. Days later, I can rewarm the wax into liquid and the scent continues. Clean up is super easy. Once the used wax becomes solid again, you just pop it out of the Teflon holder.

I am very pleased with this wax melt infuser. I had one with little LED lights that i used for years and it burned out. I didn't want one that had any sort of bulb that could get too hot, because i use it mostly overnight in my bedroom. This one has integrated LEDs, i haven't found it too hot to the touch, but yet it is hot enough to get the wax to melt rather quickly (i didn't time it, but I'm guessing between 15 to 30 mins, depending on how much you put in). It has a soft yellowish light glow in the entire body of the infuser. The light is not overbearing, and while I'm sensitive to light waking me at night, it hasn't bothered me at all. It's also located on a dresser farther from the foot of my bed, so i don't really notice the soft glow of light. I love that it has a timer. I used it the first night on the 6 hour setting and my bedroom still smelled good the following evening. Tip: We are a house with 4 pets (cat/dogs) so we burn a lot of BBW candles. When the candle wicks burn out and can no longer be lit, i break the left over wax up to save it. I put the candle wax in my wax infuser and it's perfect. I can re-use my favorite sents from my expensive BBW candles. I recommend this product.

Its very easy to use and easy to clean. I needed something to get rid of ny cats stinky poop smell but I was scared my cats would knock over a regular candle and this was the perfect solution!!

This is a great product! I hated trying to get out the wax from my scentsy warmers, and sometimes I’d forget to turn them off. I love the 3,6,9 hour options. You can see the countdown so if there are two dots because three hours have already happened, you can push it again to go back up to 9hrs, so the total would be 12 hrs,etc. Reviews on here say that the silicone cup flakes. It’s not the silicone, it’s the wax seeping through. It will not ruin product and is easy to clean. I posted pics. After you pop it out you can just wipe with a wipe, wet paper towel, or a dish rag. There is a light it seems, I will call manufacturer because I do not how you could replace it. It says ceramic, but there is a light like light element for sure. I have only used scentsy warmer wax cubes, which fill up the room wonderfully like my scentsy warmer did. I am sure the wax they make works well, I just have a lot scentsy scents to use up.
