what is the difference from Focus Factor and Prevagen?

I think Prevagen is made from jellyfish, it's also way more expensive. I love Focus Factor and I have been taking it for almost a year. It is made from vitamins and minerals. It worked instantly for me. I don't take it every day anymore but just when I feel I need it.

If after a few months use you stop taking this, how are you affected then? Is Focus Factor habit forming?
