Great product my daughter uses it for urinary tract health

This works well to prevent re-occurring UTI’s , I used to get them constantly every month, this along with limiting my sweet intake resolved my issue.

I’ve been using the vH essentials probiotics for almost a month now. It’s a lil difficult to review something that doesn’t have highly noticeable or immediate effects along with the fact that I’ve been taking probiotics for years. I will say that this has the added benefit of a prebiotic along with cranberry (great for cleansing the urinary tract) and Vit C (boosts immunity and also good for the skin). My previous brand of probiotics also contained cranberry but did not contain a prebiotic or vit C though I’ve also taken a Vit C supplement separately for decades as well. What’s the difference between probiotics and prebiotics? Prebiotics feed healthy gut bacteria to promote growth and probiotics maintain a healthy balance of gut bacteria and improve digestion. This, along with the cranberry, keeps you regular on both ends so to speak. I guess I know it’s working because there’s been no change from prior use and I am in fact getting benefits I wasn’t getting with my previous brand. That’s a win win in my book. I will say I don’t like the fact that the serving size is two capsules but the capsules are small, easy to swallow and they are shelf stable. I’m a woman over 50, a bodybuilder and very physically active therefore I appreciate ALL the benefits that will help me stay healthy, active and stronger longer. With all the over processing and chemicals in our food supply these days, these basic supplements should be staples in everyone’s regime. I highly recommend this product.

A lot of women or a certain age are prone to UTIs, so I try to take what precautionary measures I can. I like that this the VH Essentials product includes both pro and prebiotics as well as cranberry, which is well known to contribute to urinary tract health. I can't say I've noticed a big difference in using it, but if nothing's happening, that's kind of what you're looking for in this situation. I think it's a fantastic value as with the serving size being two a day, you are getting a four month supply for this price. No issues with swallowing this pill, it's a smaller sized pill which contributes to the ease of use. You can see the cranberry in the pink color of the product, and there is no notable smell taste or aftertaste. Great supplement for those who like to do what they can to prevent certain health issues.

I received this item as a part of my membership with Amazon Vine. I thankfully do not frequently get UTI's but having gotten one not long ago i was looking for something to help prevent and/or cure them proactively. I came across this pro and pre biotics and was impressed that it also had a good dose of vitamin C - it was also a 2 pack at a great price. Since i dont frequently get UTI's (thankfully) i wasnt able to test the effectiveness against an active infection, but i do appreciate the pre and pro biotics and that it did not bother my stomach at all. No burping up any nasty flavors or anything like that - no noticeable smell either. Product seems to be good but its really hard to tell if it is truly effective since any improvements would be gradual and small. But no bad effects so im happy for that!

This product really exceeded my expectations. The active ingredient--Pacran, is a proprietary formulation from a company called Givaudan. Because I wasn't familiar with the proprietary formulation, I went and poked around a little bit. What I found was several double-blinded, controlled studies that gave me confidence in taking this supplement to support urinary-tract health. UTIs were a regular and awful part of my life for many years. I'm also allergic to several of the common antibiotics used for UTIs, which left me with far fewer options, and over the years, I started digging deeply into what I could do nutritionally to mitigate the risk. In my 50s, I've found that probiotics are an important step in my prevention regimen, and I really like the fact that this combines pre- and pro-biotics with a tested and proven cranberry. So far this seems to be effective. The capsules are easy to take--A dose is two capsules, and they're pretty much odorless, tasteless and have no appreciable aftertaste. I did not have any issues with gastric upset--and I've been taking them in the morning with nothing more than a glass of water a few hours before eating. The supplement is a very good value for the cost--at the time I ordered these, the 60 day supply was $28.99. I expect that these are something I will continue to take indefinitely--they provide both a probiotic and bladder health support in a easy-to-take form. I like the fact that they are made in the U.S., and by a company that focuses on products specifically targeted to feminine health.
