Works well overnight, less dryness in the morning
I use this at night to help with dry, irritated eyes, and it does a great job locking in moisture while I sleep. The ointment feels soothing and stays on for hours so I wake up with less dryness and discomfort in the morning

This really helped my dry eye problem
I have AMD and take several eye drops for eye pressure too. I suffer pain from dust and dryness due to a monocular lense in one eye. I tried this eye gel recommended by AI plus an eye mask for dry eye and the relief was amazing, I slept better and felt no pain after using the gel

Helps with my severe dry eyes
I've been using this for about a year now. I have very dry eyes and have a prescription for cyclosporine but this helps throughout the night.

A very good product
This is nice a thick so it stays in your eye overnight. Some of the other products that are supposed to do the same thing just run right out of your eye so they don’t really help after using. Make sure you put the cap back on because it tends to continue to come out of the tube

Refreshed Eyes
This works awesome. Got my first tube from doctor’s office. Lasts a longtime. Eyes feel very refreshed in the morning.

Wonderful help for my eyes!
My eye doc told me to try this for some issues I'd been having. It definitely works for me. I've been using it for several months now, and it's expensive, but you only need to use a small amount. Because of the cost, I stopped using it for a few weeks. That was a mistake, and I haven't stopped using it since. It's fairly easy to use. Just put a small amount on your dominant index finger (maybe 1/2 to a full uncooked rice size?). Then, pull your lower eyelid down with a finger on your non-dominant hand, and put the ointment right on the lid. Blink a few times, and your vision should be blurry. It's a little weird at first, but you get used to it. And it's going on right before sleep time anyway, so it's not like you need to see until it's time for breakfast ;-) It may take a several days or possibly longer before you really see and feel the benefits, depending on how bad your eyes are to begin with. I think my first time around it was probably a week or two before I noticed improvement in my condition. This is a great product (albeit a little pricey), but I'm glad to see it being sold at more outlets.

Try this over the store eye drops.
I have dry eyes constantly wetting my eyes with eye drops you can buy at the drug stores. My eye Dr recommended that I should use this with the Optase eye drops. Just using the ointment at night reduced the need to constantly use eye drops. I do use the drops when needed, however no more scratching my eyes this product I recommend to those who have this issue.
