It's a little bit of a learning curve after I've been using firesticks for so many years. However it seems to do everything a Firestick can do. My main interest was side loading. It does that almost identically the same. YouTube provides videos on most questions you may have. I've only had it a few days but I'm very satisfied that it will be the perfect replacement for my firesticks. If anything changes I'll return to do an update. Meanwhile it's a 5 star and 2 thumbs up from me.

The Onn Android TV 4K UHD Streaming Device offers great performance for the price. Setup was fast, and 4K streaming is smooth across major apps like Netflix, YouTube, and Prime Video. A big plus is that on my Toshiba TV, the Onn remote automatically took over the TV’s main controls, so I only need one remote. Easy to use, reliable, and a great value overall.

Great streaming device. Better than a firestick with a clearer picture. With this device sound quality is better than expected.

Updates: Disney app is unwatchable. there is a brief pause in the video every minute or 2, just enough to be so annoying that it's unusable. I tried factory resetting, loading the minimal apps onto it with no satisfaction. My network is fine as are the hdmi cables I'm using. I tried 4k at 60hz/30hz, and 1080p, it doesn't matter. Importantly, youtube and Netflix look good so its just the Disney app that seems affected. Also the Disney app looks ok on my $200 Nvidia Shield. So theres that.

This has been a great buy thus far. It is replacing my (new) 4K Firestick which wasn't compatible with CUE Tv streaming. It was easy to setup and has worked fine. The only con is the remote won't work to control my older Sceptre HDTV. (I have to use the Firestick remote for that) Doesn't seem to be a way to enter the code manually; so a minor complaint.

its said- ON SCREEN- your onn remote is all setup & will now control your tv's volume and on/off. nope. no it dont. it will change channels though. volume does nothing. yes its had about a dozen "updates". on/off doesnt work, it turns off the hdmi input leaving the tv on with a blank screen. doh. OFF ON still requires the tv's remote. nice job. hurray wonderful coders an programmers there!. no time to waste testing your product works as advertised right?. nahhhh. ship it gimme da money. u still have the tv remote does that so...thereugo. were Google an were the greatessssssssst! ye! stick to maps. or maybe u can call over to amazon, ask them how to patch in to a simple thing like control of a tv's volume and on off. returned for a fire stick for half the price, never had a problem with theirs controlling the SIMPLE BASIC tv controls for volume and on/off. smh
